      Pros

      A strong company with a great product and strong customer base. We've gone through a lot of change over the last year, which has been difficult to navigate at times, but much needed given how the company is looking to grow over the next few years.

      Some teams lack process which creates challenges in ways of working.

      R&D and Product generally have a better culture than the rest of the company People working at the company are all great people and hard working; everyone wants to genuinely help Product is innovative, and its set up for success with customers and they love it; can feel good to be part of something that is clearly making a mark in the industry Lots of growth opportunities if you can prove yourself

      Cons

      It is a very fast pace, rapid changes, especially since company is in growth period right now; not for those that thrive in constant stability Processes are still being improved and enforced; need better change management Onboarding requires fast ramp and depending on department, it can be lacking support
