      Overtime and holiday pay rates Bonus schemes Work is garenteed for a while

      Cons

      No radio No career progression opportunities. A lot of promises aren't followed through Hourly rate could be better 3 toilets between 100 odd blokes

      Had a great time working for them, tried really hard (even though they failed at times) to provide for their staff. Felt really valued

      Toxic workplace. Senior managers more bothered about figures looking good instead of looking at the issues facing the company. Massive blame culture
