Pros

Helping people that struggle with addiction. Some amazing quality staff that really care about saving lives. The operations side of this company at some locations are top notch! However some locations within the company are complete disasters.

Cons

Solid Landings Behavioral has been plagued with issues this year as they are obviously feeling the growing pains of growing too fast with some people in positions they have no business being in, with the ability to fire employees over petty issues. The staff is severely underpaid and most upper staff are on salary and expected to go to multiple work meetings and work outside of their scheduled work hours without compensation. If staff on salary don't work outside of their work hours they will never be promoted and will more than likely be written up over petty things until their employment is terminated. This company does not value the importance of their staff spending time with their family and will overwork the employees until they become burnt-out. Self care of staff is of no importance to Solid Landings. The State is consistently touring the properties trying to catch Solid Landings in the act of breaking all the rules (Which they are) i.e. Houses not being licensed, and when they hear the state is coming they will empty clients out of houses, remove un licensed beds out of houses and completely break the law. They also have staff with no credentials write group notes and then have credentialed employees sign for them, which is insurance fraud. Lately many people have lost their job, as well as quality people resigning due to being asked to do shady things. Clients are obviously just considered to be $$. This company will fight to keep clients in treatment (which is awesome) however, will punish staff that are unsuccessful at changing a clients mind. The management is extremely negative and does not team build. You will be very lucky to get a performance review on time, and the raises in pay are extremely low and barely worth the punishing review meeting that you are expected to sit through. The company is being sued by multiple previous employees because of not giving them breaks, as well as not paying employees promised over-time pay.

Pros

Long hours helps you appreciate your spare time. The law does not apply to Solid Landings as insurance fraud is committed daily. Houses used for clients are not licensed by the state. Great career advancement if you sleep with the right people. No conscience needed, it prevents you from doing your work. No license required to practice medicine. No education or experience required if you are white.

Cons

I don't get paid for overtime because I am misclassified. I abide by the law. I work at licensed facility. I am faithful to my spouse. I have a conscience. I have a license. I am black.

Pros

Solid Landings is in the business of helping those who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

Cons

It's obvious "Happy to be here" works in HR or has been paid to write a positive review. Solid Landings is a money hungry company that cares nothing about their employees. They have hired a real estate business man to direct the business development team and who knows absolutely nothing about behavioral health. Tim Harris is a corporate bully. He conducts weekly meetings just to humiliate and embarrass employees. He curses at employees, attacks your physical appearance and your financial status, while bragging about how many Ferrari's he owns. From the beginning of employment he has threaten to fire everyone constantly. Tim Harris has no management training or skills to manage employees. Solid Landings needs to employee leaders that will encourage and support staff, this will lead to more productivity and true "Happy to be here" employees!!!
