Working from home, I believe, it the main reason people stick around. There can be some pretty supportive lower management.
Cons
The top of the chain believes we can all be counted on for endless hours, while the problem seems to be of no concern for them. Just add more mandatory OT.....for the almost fourth month!!!!!
