Good Company, but stuck in 90's

A lot of hardworking people. Can make good money

Cons

No investment back into the company. Very little technology or software to allow to scale. Old school 90's style company. Hard for someone young to adapt. Managment disconnected from employees.

do not look out for employees, self centered staff, no overtime pay, unstructured, unorganized, things constantly are changing without notice but your still held accountable for changes you are unaware of.
