Thanks for taking time to write this review and I am sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience with Solace. I've worked so hard to create a company where people are valued and feel empowered to grow and succeed. But as the company has grown, it has been more difficult for me to talk with everyone very often as I was able to do when we were much smaller company and with our big ambitious plans over next years. We have many employee friendly benefits like free Medical Insurance of 3L, free accommodation for bachelors, good infrastructure, allowing joint holidays, alternate Saturday Off, Birthday gifts, picnics, fun games, celebrations, team appreciations, challenging projects/tasks to work on etc. I am sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations.
