Pros
It's a paycheck. (Although there's a good chance that it won't be delivered on time or in the right amount).
Cons
A lack of resources coupled with poor communication and detached upper management prevents them from consistently delivering what they've promised to clients. Project deadlines are frequently missed. Sales people are told to keep closing, but many times the projects they sell can't be executed properly or completed successfully due to insufficient resources.
