- The Management have no idea of how to grow - The CEO is more of a product manager than the leader - They manage their cash flow out of employee salaries

There is none after its move to baner location

Cons

- no benefit for employee - management and manager doesn't care about employee - using old .net technologies and not upgrading - don't give variable and appraisal on time - in COVID time they deduct the salary and increase the work hours - you have to work 24x7 - salary is not as per Market standard, it is very low
