      Pros

      -fun environment -flexible hours -daily fruits there is not much else I can write about this without thinking of cons.

      Cons

      -bad management -convoluted development process -management doesn't consider employees needs/suggestions -bad development practices -lacks hacker culture -poor career opportunities -poor compensation,evaluation and bonuses -doesn't care about creating experts, would rather have drones -cheap on cheap things(soap, toilet paper)

      You could come to the office and notice that you are fired

      - nice schedule for the working time - fruit 5/5 days - nice colleagues

      Cons

      - if a project is closed, there could be mass firing out of people; Basically, you could wake up, prepare for the work, arrive to the location, greet everyone and hear something; "hello! did you know that there was a meeting yesterday and your project was dropped and your team is fired."
