• Well-established and respected motor group with strong manufacturer relationships • Opportunities for career progression within a large dealer group • Professional standards that help build strong management experience

Cons

• Senior management decisions can feel disconnected from site-level realities • Frequent changes to processes and targets create instability and fatigue • When results dip, support is limited and accountability can feel one-sided • Support tends to surface only when performance is strong; when it isn’t, pressure increases rather than help

Company vehicle - except the tax costs Commission structure- except it is better when you are just a sales person Job Security

They do offer cbs cars to staff members

Cons

Senior management are so out of touch with what really is happening on the shop floor, constantly berating to an extent borders on bullying culture, don’t know a single happy manager in the business apart from certain blue eyed staff who are on huge guarantees, bonus structures are out dated, company try’s selling itself as family run but senior managers wouldn’t know anyone’s name if pressed.
