Pros
Working from home is the only perk and the benefits but it doesn’t outweigh the crummy personalities.
Cons
They need to get rid of Tom Cabanski. He comes off extremely arrogant, overconfident, egotistical and self-centered. Every aspect of the interview process was great until it came time to interview with him.

Some of the most amazing people working alongside you. They have a monopoly on their product, and it just works.
Cons
Only take this job if you are an agreeable "yes" person. Please check the employee turnaround rate before joining this company. The company has a policy of hiring and firing within a year. Being too forward thing will result in your firing. You will then see your ideas and material being used anyway, being credited to someone else.
