Resource allocation is highly risky: individual skill sets and professional preferences are often not reflected in project assignments Even when clear feedback is given about project fit, it does not necessarily result in any meaningful change Overall experience depends heavily on which project you are assigned to; this often feels more like chance than a structured process In some cases, expectations are misaligned with both the actual project reality and the skills available Leadership follow-through on reported issues is inconsistent HR processes (onboarding and offboarding) show notable gaps
