The culture is sickly, every day you walk in to find out what new fresh hell there is, new rule? urgent timeline with 0 prior notice? maybe frequent impromptu meetings where you have to explain over and over (again) that you have, in fact, ran an assay before. The training program is basically nonexistent, they just strap you to a bogged down scientist and wait until you ask enough questions to know the job. HR is also very unprofessional.
Absolutely no training program, they pretty much hook you up to a completely bogged down scientist and they pretty much just walk you through what they do.
