Pros

You get pizza parties for breaking sales records and maybe some company logo shirts or bags.

Cons

You get to work with owners and upper management kids and/or family friends, high turn over, purposely hire people when it’s busy knowing they will fire instead of paying the longer term employees better, upper management yells at people and allow others to yell at employees, upper management now stays home after covid but make everyone else go into office everyday, no raises or very long in between even if high performer, and owners will ignore the people actually making money in meetings to only address upper management. The only reason long term employees stay is out of fear and laziness due to noncompete clauses and the fact that they try to enforce them to keep people they fired from working at competitors. Entire place is trash and they make place look good for articles on great places to work when it’s all a show. Terrible overall environment!! Their competitors pay much better and not as toxic.

Smith Response
3y
Smith is an entrepreneurial company, and we reward those who take initiative and seize opportunities. We value the expertise and insights of our high performers, and we encourage employees to tap their networks for open positions through our employee-referral program. Smith offers a competitive pay structure, including uncapped commissions for our salespeople. When appropriate, Smith also offers remote work opportunities to proven employees at all levels. We strive for excellence and integrity in all facets of our business, but if that does not align with your values – as demonstrated in this defamatory and delusive review – perhaps you would be better suited finding work elsewhere. Please reach out to HR or your manager if you would like to discuss further. Note: Smith has flagged this review to Glassdoor's moderation team due to the false statements contained within it.

Pros

There are benefits: health insurance, vision and dental.

Cons

-No advancement opportunities: this is very rare -No bonuses: they stop given them years ago supposedly because they were going to increase earning yearly but that doesn't happen either. -No payment increase -Work overload: your tile doesn't mean anything, you can be given a tone of things to do, leave you with the same tile and not give you a payment increase. -A lot of favoritism: this is an every day thing.

Pros

Many hard working employees here.

Cons

Too many people only talk but not do valueable things. Hard working people are ignored. Management makes no rule for people to follow but doing favortism. Trading Management is no management. They only care if owners are happy but never think for business and people. Raise is rare and only to the ones kissing up to them.
