Challenging and extremely fast-paced industry & environment, a lot of time working in 'the grey', keeping up with change can be tricky. Best suited for those that love to extend themselves, want to find opportunities to contribute over-above & outside their role, are comfortable being constantly challenged. If you need a completely linear and clearly defined career path handed to you, you might be disappointed. Can feel chaotic at times. Yearly salary increases may disappoint those that aren't getting promoted, but pretty consistent with overall industry.
