I have enjoyed my time with SmarterTools. There truly is a team environment, each department works hand in hand to accomplish goals. I have yet to see one individual say to another, that’s not my problem. We’re here to work together from the CEO down. One of the perks working at SmarterTools is the fully stocked kitchen. When the 2:00 crash hits you’ll find something in the kitchen to snack on to keep you going. Why is that? Because they do care about the employees. It’s not uncommon for the CEO to declare a half day to go to the movies together, or to have lunch catered. As a company SmarterTools has a positive outlook and is growing.
