      The atmosphere is contagious. Everyone is up to something big and it's exciting to be on the ground level of the development. The team focuses on collaboration, creative solutions and customer care more than any other company I've worked with. Everyone has a chance to grow and be a leader - and it's fun!

      Cons

      Being part of a growing company is always a balanced opportunity. It's sometimes scary to work for a company that hasn't been around as long as other's, but the leadership team sets any worries at ease.

      Pros

      Everyone works together as a team and each of us are willing to pitch in and help each other when necessary. The company is growing and it is exciting to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Working in cubicles can be a bit of a challenge when other conversations are going on but open floor plan helps build the comradery in the office.
