      Pros

      I liked a few of the people.

      Cons

      Minimal support or guidance especially when you first start.. People don't give you much time, maybe two minutes if you ask multiple times/beg. If you say any concerns there is a fear of being terminated since they get very defensive. Quick to point out your errors instead of trying to help.

      Pros

      Some of the people are very nice and talented but those are the ones who are the most unhappy being there.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover and it is the best people who are leaving, either because they realized there are better places or they had the courage to offer constructive criticism on how to do things better and were shown the door. CEO is a "do-nothing" guy who thinks he is some sort of leader but really is just useless with an inflated sense of importance. Lots of infighting between departments.
