Absolutely shocking company to work for, Management doesn’t care about the employees below them, they don’t care if you’re sick and can’t get the job done, they don’t care about your opinions and they certainly don’t care when you resign. The salary was poor and the workload was insane. It wasn’t until I was employed by another company that I realised how better off I was by leaving Smart Parking. The mental and emotional stress was far too much to handle and no matter how many meetings I had with management no changes were made.
