Pros

If you have no hopes in life and want to do suicide underneath workload then this palace is heaven for you with lots and lots of work to do according to some people lots of learning. If you have major problem in your life and want to forget all your sorrows then my friend join them and there will be no need for alcohol to forget your sorrows from life. They will take care that you will get over burden with work and you will reach home by 11 pm 12 pm. If you have not visited mental hospital yet then don't worry they will also fulfill your that wish when you will start arguing with HR on HR policies. They will take care that you will get to see the show of paranoid patients. And consider this is part of training as when you work with psychiatry drugs project this will definitely be helpful. The people upto project manager level are very nice and live like a family and help each other as they all are got harassed same way by the upper management. Yes, here project manager is manager only for name sake but they are not involved in any managerial decision.

Cons

They advertise as consulting firm while doing recruitment. But don't get trapped in this gimmick, it is just a KPO like many other firms in Gurgaon. Which institutes in India according to you are premier? IITs, IIMs, BITS, NIPER, NITs, AIIMS, IISc? Then my friends you are totally wrong according to the HR policy. According to HR policy all above mentioned institutes are not premier institutes and students from these institutes should not receive good payment according to HR policy. So if you are from these institutes then beware they will try to fool you for salary. The nukkad galli institutes are premier for HR policies, you won't believe Principle is having fake PhD degree and HR has not even bothered to verify degrees of the candidates they interview. Double work in half the salary is moto there. Many times mangers told HR to increase work force but all decisions are taken by the frantic HR who do less recruitment to get more profit. The final result is attrition, attrition, attrition. The average life time there is 9 months to 1 year. If you stay more than 1 year your chances of job shift really decrease as other companies know this company's inside facts and they will definitely hire you with less salary as you will be from nukkad galli university and preferred to stay there for more than 1 year or have no great skills. There are only around 60 to 70 employees who really work on projects and attrition rate in 3 to 4 analyst and project mangers in a month, this means within 12 months period whole team till project manger level gets changed. There is culture of late night working, if you don't work late night then you are not working according to senior management. If you stay late, I said late only, then only they will provide you food which is of pathetic quality, and if you complain about food then you are considered to be rebel against company and will not get any hike. Also if you stay late, then only, you will get night cab which has no tracking system or security system. Female employees have to take their own risk with cab drivers many of whom are drunk in night. Here also you can't complain, if complaint done then you are bad person. You might have thought that this cab is for free, then my dear friend you are wrong, if your manger forgot to sign or on leave, they will cut cab money from your salary. There is complete mismanagement for time punch records. They use crap old punching system which many times does not record punch in or out and then you have to do big fight with junior HR ladies to get it corrected. You have limited causal and sick leaves, yes, limited CL and SL and you can't take them with weekends. The definition of how many hours the person should be in office is purposefully kept ambiguous as HR policy told that Saturday is working but to give holiday on Saturday they have distributed that day's work hours in remaining 5 days. So with this gimmick they asked work for more than 9 hours a day, but if you worked late on 1 day and then you will not get any freedom from work hours next day. When asked with previous employees there is usual practice of delaying annual appraisals by 3 to 4 months. Also the annual bonus which is only 10 to 15 thousand will be given 3 to 4 months late.

Pros

There can not be a good reason to work here unless and until you want to screw your life completely and badly. Indeed there are a few learning opportunities if you want to learn pharma market research and basic analytics. But you can get same/better learning opportunities in any average pharma KPO or consulting firm, with a way better work-life balance.

Cons

Its a KPO which gets very few consulting assignments now and then. So dont be fooled if the HR wants to lure you saying its a consulting firm. 90% of the work is about crawling paid pharma databases and picking information points from them. Mindless work. On the top of that the work ethics are bad. You would frequently see managers tweaking information for the sake of saving their projects. It's a constant policy there to keep the company understaffed so that people are overloaded with work. Yes, there are absolutely ZERO bench hours. They keep track of the employees to the level that if you are seen leaving on time for a few days, you will be given extra projects so that you will have to overstretch. Or for no reason, your boss will schedule an internal meeting after your scheduled shift time. The idea is simple, make people work for more hrs then they are hired for. In all, you would have the worst work-life balance ever of your life with this company. On top of this if you come past 11 AM, your half day leave will be marked.... and your manager will still make sure that you stay until 10-11 PM in the office. If you have to leave on time anyways, they will make you work from home. And there is no internet or phone payment from the office. Besides being overloaded, you would also face unfair attitude of managers and the HR. Most of the managers are biased towards people who would give them insider information on other employees. So forget that you will get a good appraisal even after doing good work. HR promises are never met after you are hired. There have been a couple of instances last year when employees had to fight with the HR for their promised incentives. On a separate instance, without prior information they deducted thousands of rupees from everyone's salary for not submitting cab slips on time. Most people discovered the deduction when they got the salary. There is no 360% review process. So your appraisal is totally and completely based on what your supervisor says about you. They usually pick the worst review of all the supervisor you have worked with and prepare your appraisal report on the basis of that. There are no basic amenities in the office. so for example, if you are ill, you would have no other choice than to keep sitting on your chair or lie down on the couch at the reception until you would arrange a cab yourself to go home. If you are staying late (which is a norm), company will provide you dinner. They have a contract with the cheapest food vendor in the food court below the building. You can yourself estimate the quality of food being delivered. Cab policy says that if you forget to endorse your cab slip from your manager and submit it to the administration, the cab money will be deducted from your salary. And they do it. Any other perks??? The company organizes one annual party every year. That's just a below average dinner party in a local 2 star restaurant in Gurgaon. And that's it... forget about any fun beyond that. The average retention period is around 7-8 months. This is starkly different from retention in senior management which is around 5 years. Payscales are around 20-30% lower than the other companies in this space.
