Easy to get the job, not a long process like other companies, nice team of young, hardworking and persistent people.

Cons

this is a Smart Circle Company, read about Multi-Level Marketing before you even consider going to the interview, don't waste your time, do your research.

"Juiced" Up to be Sucked Dry

7.25 an hour boss schedules you the night before every day. No consistent weekly schedule no rook to move up SCAM company. They lie and feed you bull about moving up. Run away. Everyone I work with struggles financially. Managers make 7.25 an hour as well. We are all good people being taken advantage of.

Long Hours, Not enough pay, Make you work for your money.

Getting to go out in retail stores and meet customers and help them. Some money if you make sales.

Cons

driving too far out of your way, meek hourly pay if you do get any at all. Forward advancements meaning you make no sales you owe them money from your sales you make later.
