Pros

Very hard to think of any.

Cons

Executive committee has no connection to employees, or their own teams. Ownership hires relatives over qualified employees. During Cubs spring training nothing gets done because ownership spends all its time in Mesa, AZ. Company changes their concept of culture when nessessary to support discipline. Shop floor employees have not received a raise in over 5 years.

Pros

Case study in how not to run a company.

Cons

Family run business and they hire and promote based on relationship, not qualifications. I've seen where they create positions just to hire friends and family who have absolutely no experience. A thug union runs the shop floor.

Pros

Great brand equity. Good benefits and pay. A lot of good people that are being stifled. Industry leader and inventor of today's flushing technology.

Cons

1. Owners are engaged enough to slow things down and have elected for a dictator to lead. He bullies to get what he wants and throws tantrums when others won't comply. All problems and delays are all others fault. The rest of the exec team yields and is submissive to his ego and strong arming. He is unwilling to consider any action unless his idea! 2. Vacation time is misleading. It is all PTO therefore less time than most companies.
