Don’t waste your time barely minimum wage regardless of experience

You don’t work weekends and you get holidays off

Cons

No formal training classes for jobs but expect you to instantly pickup the system unfriendly boss no compassion no empathy or sympathy for employees no vacation or sick leave for the first year

Sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We try very hard to make Sleep Data a fantastic workplace and focus a lot of attention on communicating with empathy. Managers have high expectations and we definitely track performance data - after all - DATA is in our name! Maybe you weren't here long enough to participate, but we do offer paid sick time the first year, paid holidays and offer a variety of on the job and classroom training opportunities. Certain people who have been there a couple of months tattling on you and thinking they know better. Management plays favorite.

YES! Our building ROCKS! I'm sorry you felt that management played favorites. In reality, everyone is evaluated by very fair, and consistent performance metrics set up within each department. Some people thrive in a results oriented, fast paced, patient centered environment. Some do not. Yes, we do expect people to show up to work and put in the effort. BUT we have a lot of fun in the process!
