Real international exposure from early on in your career. Independent advice model, so you're learning to advise properly rather than push products. Genuinely global client base, which keeps the work interesting. Structured qualification pathway with firm support behind it. Small enough to matter, big enough to be credible. Offices across multiple countries if you want to move around. You get client-facing experience earlier than you would at most comparable firms.
