      Pros

      The discount and you get to be innovative.

      Cons

      No matter how much work or extra roles you take on, it will never be enough to management. Communication is awful between departments.

      Amazing coworkers but no future

      Pros

      The people are everything and certainly the reason that people stay longer than they should. Depending on your team, most managers are pretty respectful of not contacting you after office hours.

      Cons

      There is zero upward mobility and many of us have even gotten promotions with zero pay increases despite the added work load. Great place for someone cutting their chops out of school but not a great place to build a real career.

      Pros

      Skip Hop has a lot of great team players and people are generally great but not everyone is actually productive or good at their job. People are nice though and good hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of innovative products and direction, office politics, some dead weight employees, no actual growth.
