      There is no work-life balance, as soon as the 1st of the month comes, you are back to square one. Employees who speak up are targeted and labeled as troublemakers.

      Great brand, great reputation, opens springboard opportunities

      Cons

      You take away our wings but demand that we fly. There is no budget. No inventory. No communication. No compassion. You set high goals, while undercutting our compensation. Who's benefiting? Half the people have left. How many more people are you willing to lose before you stop pointing fingers and look from within? Stop trying to shut us up with fear. Hear us out!

      The makings of a great sales organization, if only...

      products brand recognition people; team mates were wonderful lots of potential with the right changes

      Don't seem to care if they lose good people. Heavy work load ; no work life balance, burnout inevitable. Disconnected, felt unstable. Fear based culture. No mercy. Unrealistic expectations: 12 new accounts (not a start up) Out of stock: hard to meet inflated goals when products on back order Not long term career solution. I know many wanted it to be.
