      Pros

      The company has an AI which has a positive impact on the world so its nice to feel like you are contributing something. Other colleagues are warm and friendly so its a good environment to work in. Good flexibility and benefits

      Cons

      35% of the company were recently made redundant so job security is unlikely and I don't think the company will exist in 18 months. Senior management experience seems to have let the company down and led to this situation

      - One of the few AI medical device companies doing things the right way in terms of development, without cutting corners and having a very solid foundation in regulatory, clinical safety and research to be able to scale up their solution. - Everyone is humble in their opinions and acknowledge we are learning together. No egos, politics or toxic environment. - A truly flexible employer in terms of work life balance, remote working, conditions that work for you etc. - The management team ensures you feel appreciated in the company and your work is valued.

      Cons

      - Constantly juggling budget, timelines and scope of work, which can sometimes be tricky (though any other startup has the same issue).
