Pros

Great wages, good options for travel loans

Cons

Unless you are completely neurotypical and do not face any illness whatsoever, this is not the company for you. Career progression is almost impossible.

Doesn't do skills development for staff

Pros

Annual leave, flexitime, public holidays, DB pension scheme.

Cons

No training unless it is relevant to your current position, which means career progression possibility is zero, in three years did not manage to get any meaningful training. Top heavy with too many directors/lead heads/heads/senior managers, not enough 'lower grade employees' to do the actual work. Slow and bureaucratic organisation. HR are out to get you at every opportunity.

Pros

A company that works for the lifeblood of Scotland; it's people. It's all about people; not assets; not resources. It has ambition and heart and is able to bring the best out of partnerships with other key players because it knows the benefit of team work.

Cons

Sometimes lacks courage. Courage or confidence in our own abilities would lift us up to the next level. We need to mitigate risk (for sure) but we need to have faith in our abilities. Our staff have values and abilities that would dazzle any competitor organisation. Trust them. Be proud. Wha's like us! Damn few!
