Pros

50% off food if you eat there, 10% off for take home Free drinks Nice customers Cooks would make extra food for everyone to eat at the end of the night

Cons

Chemicals used to clean caused me to get an inhaler Management was lazy and didn't offer customers alternatives when faced with issues They played favorites and didn't look at how hard people worked Made people clock out after the store closed, but still had them work so they could save hours Spoke about advancement, but never followed through

Pros

Coworkers are amazing and easy to get along with. Honestly this was a major reason I've stayed so long with the company, it's like a big family, but some people are difficult to get along with. If you are simply friendly and positive you will fit in well!

Cons

The management is very immature and loves gossiping with their favorite employees. They are extremely unprofessional and unforgiving with mistakes. If you make them upset, they will cut your hours out of spite, despite your hard work. Their favorites get majority of the hours and their lack of a hard work ethic leave the restaurant messy, unstocked, and more work for whoever works the next shift. Many coworkers will take advantage of harder working and long standing employees because they find ways to hide from management (seeing as management doesn't regularly check in on us) to avoid as much work as possible. They know the hard working employees will get through orders quickly, however the lack of help from these coworkers causes you to be drained and stressed toward the end of the shift because you are essentially working as two people. There are few employees that won't regularly disappear on you and leave you with no choice but to handle everything by yourself, unless you have the chance to survey the restaurant to try and find them, which you typically dont as customers come in steadily. Also, management does not reprimand the slacking employees and it perpetuates the cycle. There is also a serious lack of attention to utilities that need repair which are used daily and disrupt work efforts. Such as, a broken tea dispenser that leaks, worn utilities (the bus boys had scolding hot water running down their hands for weeks because the spray hose they used had a tear in it and leaked) and soap dispensers in employee areas which are broken and do not dispense soap that management has been told and are barely being tended to. This causes alot of frustration to all employees who have to go out of their way to work around the owners negligence. Also, after working for the company for a few years, I have yet to receive any benefits besides sick pay.
