Interesting clients in biotech. Lots of different work. Everyone is very nice when they have time to talk to you.
Cons
Understaffed and overworked. Relying on a couple more senior people who seemed very stretched.
Compensation is extremely below average. Didn't even think about staying. Benefits are really bad too.
Not clear what your work is actually contributing too at times.
Workspace is dated and often quite solitary.

Awful management, no mentorship or guidance. Exclusive and cliquey environment, impossible to raise concerns with people favoured by HR - issues are dismissed and blame is redirected at person voicing concerns. Poorly defined career progression. Overworked with long hours. High turnover. Poor benefits.
