Pros

There is transparency and constant collaboration between team members. They were open to my ideas and the creative director is very helpful with the tasks! They do lunch and learns which allowed me to also learn the technical side of digital marketing. Started with them as an intern and was given the opportunity to work full time.

Cons

Sometimes you will need to attend long meetings.

Six Spoke Media is the best place to test your abilities and skills. You will always yearn for new knowledge and continuous improvement, personally and professionally.

Cons

Most of the time, you're on your own. Processes are not that structured yet. So if you can't work on tasks with less supervision and guidance, Six Spoke Media is not for you. This place is best for people with great critical thinking skills.
