Pros
Great people and atmosphere - everyone shares a common goal. Great exposure to many processes. Fast paced, requires adaptation. Has been a great place to gain lots of experience quickly. Organized (more on that in cons.)
Cons
Management is the bottleneck - it can take months to have things reviewed unless management decides its urgent, in which case: Expectitions and responsibilities can and do change with little or no notice. Organized to the point of a handful of useful (but dreadfully slow) + multiple dead end databases - turning an otherwise fun job into a data entry fiasco.
