Pros

Coworkers are great. Most of the employees who work here are talented, pleasant, and a lot of fun to work with.

Cons

The owners are astoundingly controlling and show many symptoms of OCPD. Employees come up with wonderful ideas, but are stopped by the owners who think that they are professional sales people, managers, marketers, accountants, financial officers, graphic designers, and product managers. Too much concern is given to small, insignificant details that have little influence on the overall success of the company. (Tissues are no longer provided in order to save money.) There is no real employee recognition program. There are no perks (e.g. club memberships, gym/rec room). Benefits are sub-mediocre, and salaries are a little below average.

Pros

Great coworkers. Looks good on paper. You never have to work overtime if you don't want to. If you don't have to work with the executive team, it's not bad. The reason for 2 stars is that since they can't attract top notch talent, there is a good chance to get a title which will look on your resume, even if you lack experience.

Cons

Too many to list. Most of them stem from the top executives. Very poorly run business. Rapidly declining business. Fear and blame culture. Owners think they know everything and will belittle you when you try to do good work. Many people are in positions that they have no experience with and it shows. Low pay (which owners think is too high). Expensive benefits. No 401k matching. No perks of any sort. No recognition. No benefit for hard work. Employees are viewed as dispensible. No laptops and distrust for anything you request from IT to help work. Second guessing and no trust in any decision. If you have any other opportunities, Do Not Go to Sisel!

Pros

Great co-workers that work hard under difficult circumstances.

Cons

Management believes they are the smartest people in any room and that employees and customers are all just trying to take advantage of them.
