Inclusive, friendly and welcoming culture, especially for expats. Vision of the company is clear, employees understand what is expected and what Sioux offers as services. Extremely experienced and seasoned engineers that are very happy to share their knowledge and help other engineers grow. Group leads take effort to make time for each person, they are never too busy to help and regulary enjoy coffee and lunch with other colleagues.
Cons
Under the hood, Sioux is a team augmentation company for assignments. I was placed at a client with a new team and tech stack. We were told that its possible to ask for other assignments but its not always as simple, contract and project commitments happen between managers.

Cons
Vietnam office mainly focus on Front-end development, especially in web, mobile and desktop app. It may not suitable for someone looking for back-end development or AI/ML related.
