Pros

Healthcare is great. Small company vibe is definitely nice. Great work life balance. Upper level management very approachable. Room to grow internally.

Cons

Constant territory changes. Constant management changes. Channel partner for a much larger company takes away from the "small company" feel. Puts us in a position to get bullied by larger company.

- Good health insurance - Work-life balance

- Company goes through sales personal quickly (my department had at least one new every year) - My department had multiple engineers/technicians leave within a single year - Management relies heavily on PIPs with qualitative metrics to modify employee behavior/interactions - More interoffice politics than other jobs previous or since - Not accommodating, understanding, or knowledgeable about different neurotypes despite a decent percentage being non-neurotypical.
