      Cons

      All the reviews with 5 ratings having 1 liner pros and cons are all fake. This is the work of the HR team here :) All these reviews have been put up on the site by Sunny, Sangita, and Aadil. They even ask the new joiners junior staff to do so. When you want to rate a company 5 star but not enough matter to back this up, it simply means the reviews are fake. The cons are as below: Middle management is very political and they can't see anybody in their team coming near to their own compensation. They are calling people in lockdown also and not following any restriction in office The only work of the HR is to monitor the employees in the company and put fake reviews on Glassdoor. They don't even arrange games or Rangoli here :D Higher management people like Ashish and Sushrut are not mature enough as they got promoted when the company was a start-up. If you are a smart performer than dont join this company as the above people will see you as a threat HR team is not resposible for emplyee retention and they dont even conduct the exit interview There are many cases pending against the organization for harrasment and HR team is only bothered to save the reputation of the compant hence they are considered wise people by the company :)

      1. If you are seeing this post then beware of this company, sorry family business 2. All the 5 stars are FAKE and given by HR or someone else in the company 3. Zero Ethics and few old employees shamelessly lie to everyone and they have 0 responsiblity 4. wosrt office setup, no chairs. just life fish market 6. I saw many senior people been sacked or left within few months of joining 7. No one joins the company 8. Reorg happens every month, like a monthly exercise :D 9. some old employes never seen the industry and have extreme attitude issue 10. Salary can get delayed 11. Playing with peoples career 12. some old employees dont know how to behave, 0 manners 13. Their is nothing called as work life balance, you are supposed to work on weekdays and weekend. 14. work for 12-14 hrs every day 15. The list can go on and on but I dont have enough time to type everything. Final and last warning to everyone who are making their mind to join. You will realise later what I was trying to explan if you join.

      A Very Unethical Company

      Pros

      Nothing good except its geographical location as it is located in one renowned of the IT Park.

      Cons

      1) Salary date is 10th date or after 10th date. 2) Annual lay offs upto 60% of employees without any reason, just for cost cutting. 2) annually they have lay-offs up to 60% headcount is reduced and then keep on hiring every year. 3) Too much of politics especially those who are more focused on other political activities are more successful in the organisation. 4) No HR department or HR practices for employee benefits. 5) No job security. 6) Variable salary is only offered to the candidates to show high CTC but will never be paid.
