1. Cross cultural team. Norway, Kiev, Pune. 2. Technical people are some of the good ones. 3. Flat structure in technical teams.

Cons

1. Fake promise to send to Norway. 2. Top management has no idea about latest technologies. 3. All Business Analysts are inexperienced and their mistakes are always hidden by people at top. 4. HR is horrible by nature. They will intentionally update wrong data about leave and intentionally delay process of increment. 5. Their is no actual AI in AI based products. 6. People are over worked without extra pay in some teams. 7. Too much micromanagement, each minute is accounted for. No trust on employees. 8. Lack of funding for future.

Cons 1) Fake reviews posted by people who are about to get an increment or about to go onsite tour. otherwise they wont send you 2) No job Security 3) Pathetic management ,sometimes they can abuse to you 4) too much of micromanagement, they track everything.Someone told me they take screenshot of your pc in every 1 minute, they constantly watch you on camera what you doing. 5) False promises of onsite tour, its a trap

Good and lots of challenging work for freshers and junior. Good place to start your carriers. Good infrastructure. Onsite opportunity. Many fun activities. Daily snacks. Good policies.
