they have new director of engineering every 1.2 years ( 7 in 10 years) thier quality department is incompetent, the dmer is a joke

Terrible CEO and upper management. Management claimed the company was moving to Washougal, WA After wasting countless employee hours on changing schedules and putting effort into planning for the move, the company failed to deliver. CEO is often mocked for his lack of knowledge after he makes an appearance in production to share his "knowledge". CEO became a laughing stock when he attempted to become an "Architect" for the new building for the move that "never happened". I still get huge laughs when I show his plans to others since leaving the company. A fifth grader would have designed a better floor plan! Sales team feels that it is their duty to push production into meeting their ridiculous timelines even though they have no experience in leading a manufacturing team.
