Pros
I wanted to come work here because the operations office seems to have a great culture and it defiantly does. Bela the COO did a good job at doing that. I loved having her as a boss. She holds high standards, that's still possible to achieve and she believes in you that you can. Every Friday we would get new training and company lunch and that was great to be given training on how to improve our work so we could hit our bonus and promote up.
Cons
The CEO, Moe Falah, is a big man child. He changes his mind at a dimes notice and expects everyone to jump. He's not mindful of your life and expects you to work 24/7, and doesn't treat anyone around him with mutual respect, and acts like he's better than everyone. Honestly, what kept me there was being apart of the operations team, under Bela's management, at least we didn't have to deal with him all the time. I couldn't imagine working directly for Moe under sales. From all the reviews, it shows.
