      EV | Start Up | No proper policy | Requirement keeps changing.

      Pros

      EV is new and growing domain. New Technology and new lot of learning

      Cons

      Requirement keep changing every now and then. Work life balance is Zero, need to work overtime and weekends still no additional benefits. Worst HR policies. No Hike and bonus. There is no fund in the organization for procuring mechanical tools and equipment, but CEO will buy multiple luxuries car and motorbike. No work from home even in emergency. Work from office or take leave. Travel policy is worst. Need to pay from pocket and reimbursement will take months' time and need to follow up multiple times. HR policy keep changing every month. Hiring doesn't happen at all. HR team can't close any position properly. only if people give recommendation people may join.

      1. First one is definitely Electric Based company 2. Get to learn new things and not restricted to one area 3. Supportive co-workers and cheering people all around

      Cons

      Work Timings: It changes every week and depends on HR team mood, one week they'll give flexible hours and next week announce 9.30 to 6.30 if somebody asks me which is the worst department, I will say HR. This team completely destroyed the work environment in the company. Since they don't have any work, they make new policies every day, so careful about this thing. And hiring is always a zero from this team Pay: pay is good compared to other companies

      Salary cuts without intimation, salary hold at the last minute, not proper communication gap from the management, non settlement of pf for ex employees from past 6 months or more, law taken in their hands.
