If the client no longer requires your services, employees may be released immediately — in some cases, communication was done through a WhatsApp message late at night stating it was “time to say goodbye,” with no further discussion or proper process. => There are significant delays in Full & Final settlement processing. It can take more than a month, with the common response being that the request is “in queue,” despite no clear explanation for the prolonged timeline.
