Cons
Simon Data is a prime example of toxic tech culture pretending to be a diversity champion. Do not trust the lists that have claimed Simon Data is the best place to work. It is only the best place to work if you are a white male who is connected to senior management. Otherwise, your voice and opinion are ignored because you're not in the inner circle. If you are a woman or POC, you will experience gaslighting. You will start to question your self worth because you will be spoken over and ignored. HR will side with management and brush aside any feedback you have. Sometimes your feedback will never make it to management because HR will deem that your feedback isn't valid. Please avoid this toxic, racist and misogynistic culture.
