      Thank you for your review! There is room for advancement with promotions to different team. All of our employees in management, training and compliance were originally hired as collection reps.

      I didn't have work weekends

      Cons

      The pay rate sucks if you weren't their family member (this is a family owned company) I was doing my work and someone the owners nieces work. However, she had her own office and made more money than me! No room for growth in the company.

      Our starting pay rate is above average for call center jobs and every position as bonus potential. As for a family-owned company, yes, we're very proud of that.

      HA! That's funny, there's nothing good here.

      Cons

      This place sucks. Scummy practices, gray and depressing building and old computers that don't work. The managers will breath down your neck all day too. You're better off being unemployed than torturing yourself here.

      Sorry you didn't like your experience here. We're very proud of our 32-year history and I don't think we would've lasted this long if we mistreated our employees or didn't provide them with the technology and other resources, they need to be successful.
