Pros

Christmas and canda day week off Attendance bonus The people who work the lines are great

Cons

Hours being cut frequently Thrown at everything with limited training Mandatory overtime 9 hour nights Takes 7 years to get max pay at 21 an hour Your 2 weeks of vacation time can't be freely used till your 3rd year Management refuses to take fault for equipment failures and try to say your not trained right Will leave everything till it has to be fixed
