      Pros

      SVMD is a pretty good place to work overall if you enjoy healthcare. They are a mid sized medical group so it’s not too big where you just feel like a number.

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring going on, which is for the better but can feel unorganized, not well communicated and just bumpy overall.
