      - Great culture - Rotational program allows for a customized learning experience

      Cons

      - Tech/Healthcare focus (nature of the bank) limits exposure to certain areas of the larger banking/finance world

      - you get exposure to the banking world - ramp up period over the course of program - technical skills

      Cons

      - you are stuck in the program with limited career flexibility - salary is fixed and below market, no room for negotiation - ADP managers are who you report to regardless of how limited time you actually spend with them. so your performance reviews are essentially baseless - you work directly with teams you rotate making ADP managers middle men. - lots of gray areas in terms of where you can actually be placed or what next steps are.
