      Pros

      You can earn for few months here, but be sure to find job somewhere else after few months.

      Cons

      After one alternate day one new rule is imposed on employee, they can easily blame you and your justification will be listened by no one, they can deduct your salary and in any day they can fire you. ( for Market Research Executive). I left the job because of the environment which lacks growth of mine.
