      One of the most horrible experiences of my life

      Pros

      The people (minus leadership). Everyone has a good time together. Slurpee machine! This is a good industry for those involved in the gun world. You have to love guns to put up with the other crap.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is horrible! Some have no idea what they are doing, the president will fire you just because he heard a rumor about you (without even checking it out). They claim to be a "family" yet they have no sense of what that means.

      Fancy coffee machine and shirts. Not much else. Dirksen defends dhdbdb dhdbdb do djdjdbr

      Cons

      While in training and at the end of my second week I was wrote up. I'm in training so why would you write someone up that is still training. Also they keep firing ppl...more than usual. They fired 3 ppl in my second week. They can't seem to keep employees.
