      Pros

      The staff is friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      No benefits, No processes, no accountability. No way to please owner. I wouldn't recommend this position for any professional seeking a career or valid experience. This is more of a entry-level position for someone who likes to be treated as production with no regard to their own ideas, experience or education.

      Pros

      Met some very nice people working here (and they all left before I had been there a year).

      Cons

      backstabbing culture, micro-management, company meetings outside of working hours, benefits for family coverage SUCK, no 401K, bonus structure sucks and they try to cheat you out of every bonus, worked Saturdays because my area manager wouldn't help me keep up with all the homes and warranties I inherited from 2 other construction managers leaving just before the holidays, gave me a raise and told me how great I was doing and then let me go a week later claiming "poor performance"

      Constant growth, never boring, CEO drive and vision!

      Cons

      Backstabbing culture, little true accountability, good people leave due to culture, lack of resources and unrealistic expectations. Company is segregated based on revenue generation, causes an us against them atmosphere.
