      Great company values that are heavily promoted across all levels. Nice collaboration scheme between global and local teams Competitive benefits and compensation Fair career growth opportunities overseas Healthy work environment

      Cons

      Ever-changing company strategy and transformation programs (multiple ones every year) can be confusing and make employees lose interest/focus over time. Some Global teams lack hands-on approach and limit themselves to super high level "thinking" that is not always useful in the market
